I spent 2 months in India in 2007 and 2008 working on a long term multi-media project about India's Devadasi system. I also documented the rehabilitation and release into the wilderness of baby elephants and baby rhinos for the International Fund for Animal Welfare. While a few of the images in this section are from my long-term project, most are images unrelated to the project--just moments in time that struck me during my rich and fascinating journey.
