 y approach to photographing weddings is very much about capturing the spirit of the wedding through the spontaneous moments and telling the couple's story photojournalistically. I pay particular attention to the subtle gestures and quiet interactions that make each wedding unique. I shoot high resolution digital files. Prints are color and/or black and white.
Trained as a photojournalist, I currently freelance for a variety of newspapers, magazines and organizations. My work has appeared in the Boston Globe, New York Times, Newsweek, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, London Times, Washington Post, Cape Business Magazine and Boston Magazine to name a few. Voted top Cape Cod Photographer in 2008 by brides using theknot.com, I pride myself on capturing moments that many more traditional photographers may miss and creating a beautiful and timeless photographic record of the day. My primary areas of coverage are Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, CA and Cape Cod, MA but I'm available for destination weddings worldwide.
